Executive Director, Woodcock Foundation
Stacey Faella is dedicated to working toward a more just and sustainable world through philanthropy and impact investing. She has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors working on a variety of causes including gender and racial equity, food-systems transformation, inclusive economic development, biodiversity and climate change, and democracy. Stacey has significant experience working on foundation and nonprofit strategy, evaluation, communications, operations, and impact investing.
As executive director of the Woodcock Foundation, Stacey oversees the foundation’s programs and operations, supports the foundation’s efforts to strengthen grantee resilience, and stewards a commitment to 100 percent mission alignment of the endowment. She led the development of a catalytic capital asset allocation, comprised of impact-first investments, to drive impact aligned with the foundation’s grantmaking strategy. Stacey originally joined the foundation in September 2011. She also serves on the boards of Spark Microgrants and Confluence Philanthropy. Stacey holds a BA in psychology and communications from Wake Forest University and an MPA in nonprofit management and policy administration from New York University.
